London View have been successfully carrying out the conversion of period property and the construction of new houses and flats in London and SW England for the past 25 years.  During that time we have used a combination of personal wealth and bank funding to drive our multiple purchases and developments.

We have, on occasions, invited various contacts, friends and even family to invest in various `one off’ projects for which they have received returns tailored to suit the individuals personal preference on what risk they are prepared to take.  In essence this has meant that some were offered lower returns but with a guaranteed minimum and others greater returns but with no guaranteed minimum.

For example an investor could simply be someone with £50,000 sitting in a deposit account, currently earning  very little, who likes the idea of investing in a specific short term development project rather than a longer term investment in the overriding business.  Alternatively it could be a more experienced investor with a greater risk/reward profile who has significant sums to invest as a joint equity partner but still on a project by project basis.

London View carry out residential developments, mainly in London,  and mainly where we have been able to achieve some form of planning gain.  Most projects range from one to two years and so are fairly short term.  After the resultant homes are sold, profits are calculated and capital/interest or profit share returned to our partners.   This way of working enables investors to benefit from development profit rather than rely simply on capital growth for their returns.   Returns will clearly vary but can range from 10-50%.
