Joint ventures are often adopted as a means of sharing risks in property development and we are specialists in making these sorts of collaborations work for both parties. Each party will of course contribute something different but usually the landowner would be providing the site and the developer providing the expertise to maximise the return on that site or property.

There are, of course, many ways a joint venture can be structured. At the simple end it could be an option style agreement whereby London View take certain option rights to the land/property with the aim of maximising its enhanced value through planning and sharing that uplift with the landowner. The opposite end of the scale is a full joint venture including both finance, costs and resultant profits.
